Play it Again Entertainment and Party Rentals

Contract

Booking Terms

These terms form the basis of the performance and rental contract issued with every booking. Your signed contract always takes precedence over this summary.

Booking & confirmation
A date is only held once the signed contract and deposit are both received. Requests submitted through this site are enquiries, not reservations.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is due on signing. The deposit is applied to the total balance of your event.
Balance
The remaining balance is due before services begin on the event date, unless another schedule is agreed in writing.
Cancellations & date changes
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will do our best to transfer your deposit to a new date subject to availability.
Overtime
Performance time beyond the contracted hours is billed in additional increments and must be agreed with the on-site MC.
Rentals
Rented equipment, furniture and casino tables remain the property of Play it Again Entertainment & Party Rentals. Damage or loss is billed at replacement cost.
Venue requirements
The client is responsible for providing safe access, adequate power and a suitable setup area at the venue.
Liability
We carry insurance for our staff and equipment. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our control.
